Flaithrí Collins. Fun Coloring. April 13th , 2021.
Finally something to let the stress of the day go away. I’m creating color combinations that I would never try in my clothes or decorating. But they are surprisingly lovely. Who knew?
Have only done one picture, but love it so far. We had the option to do these in a rehab clinic, but we only had paper and crayons/markers. I have severe carpal tunnel in both hands, so that was out of the question. This is less painful on me and helps ease my mind. So far, so good!
I enjoyed coloring the first picture. I had to find a stylus, however, because I kept changing the color of already colored spaces when I used my finger. But it is fun and you can be creative with the color combos or as monochromatic as you like.
Simple and relaxing app. This is good to pass time in an airport or get your mind off of things. If you plan to use it often then you will probably want to purchase the color expansion packs which can start to get pricey.
This is a good app to use to wind down and express your feelings. The best part is, you can set your art as a screen saver or background if you want something that specifically fits your personality. This app is awesome, though I wish I didn’t have to pay for all colors.
I have the actual coloring book but this is so convenient and takes up far less space for example; on road trips where this is far more steady than trying to color in a car, and where you don’t have the space to lay out the pencils and coloring books/poster’s.
I am always looking for hobbies to do on the road. Coloring books are a great way to participate in a soothing therapeutic activities, and coloring on my Kindle means no melted crayons, or broken colored pencils. Love this app.
